Ms. Nadalyn Caprice is the Office Manager and Senior Paralegal at The Pagan Law Firm, P.C. She has been with the firm for over 21 years. Nadalyn's role at the firm has its own unique definition. She is much more than an Office Manager and much more than a Senior Paralegal. She performs the role/responsibility/duties of at least 4 people. She wears multiple hats in the office pertaining to the day. If needed she can single handily run the entire office.
As an Office Manager she manages the day to day business and is responsible for direction and supervision of our staff, including the attorneys. She reviews all the cases in the office and has weekly meetings with the Partners.
Nadalyn works on all the cases in the office from inception through and including trial preparation, including contacting expert witnesses and prepping witnesses. She attends all trials with Trial Partner William Pagan and some depositions.
Nadalyn is first at hand in the firm's complex litigation cases. Nadalyn has assisted all aspects of trials prosecuted in State and Federal Courts and cases in all boroughs of the City of New York, Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk, Orange and Eerie County in addition of Federal Court cases in the Unites States District Court of Puerto Rico and Hawaii. When a case is on trial, no matter the distance, Nadalyn is at the side of our clients and Trial Partner William Pagan fulfilling all tasks necessary for success.
Nadalyn assists the Trial Partner William Pagan with all the aspects of the firms Public Relations, Networking and Advertising.
Nadalyn is Trial Partner William Pagan's right-hand person and as such 9 out of 10 times if you see William you see Nadalyn. Nadalyn manages William Pagan's schedule relating to his work in the office and outside of the office.
She is very knowledgeable about the law and the rights of our clients. She is a strong and aggressive advocate in fighting for our clients’ rights. Nadalyn is the liaison between our clients and the attorneys. She is loved and cherished by all the clients at the firm and even the clients that are no longer at the firm stay in contact with her.
Nadalyn earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is bilingual in Spanish. She is a member of the Puerto Rican Bar Association.
