Tania Pagan has nearly thirty years' experience as an attorney in state and federal litigation, settlement mediation, appellate practice and wrongful death and infant compromise practice and procedure. She is best known for her advocacy and dedication on behalf of seriously injured plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice cases, particularly obstetrical malpractice on behalf of women and babies injured during traumatic or premature births. Her preparation, skill and experience in wide ranging medical topics involving malpractice for surgical errors, mismanagement of post-operative complications, failures in emergency medicine or to timely diagnose cancer, yields significant recoveries on behalf of her clients time and again.

She is skilled negotiator and is the firm's lead attorney for major case settlements particularly for totally disabled or mentally incapacitated plaintiffs, brain damaged at birth infants requiring life care planning and estates recovering for wrongful death and pain and suffering of their deceased loved ones. Mrs. Pagan is experienced in obtaining court approval in complex infant and death compromise proceedings including those needing trusts, involving New York's Medical Indemnity Fund and/or structured settlement annuities providing streams of income for long term needs.
