Ms. Nadalyn Caprice is the Office Manager and Senior Paralegal at The Pagan Law Firm, P.C. She has been with the firm for over 18 years. Nadalyn's role at the firm has its own unique definition. She performs the role/responsibility of at least 4 people, She wears multiple hats in the office pertaining to the day. 

As an Office Manager she manages the day to day business and is responsible for direction and supervision of our staff, including attorneys. Nadalyn assists the Trial Partner William Pagan with all the aspects of the firms Public Relations, Networking and Advertising. She is also responsible for disbursing all settlement proceeds to clients and lien holders when required. 

Nadalyn is Trial Partner William Pagan's right hand person and as such 9 out of 10 times if you see William you see Nadalyn. Nadalyn manages William Pagan's schedule relating to his work in the office and outside of the office.

"Nad" works on all the cases in the office from inception through and including trial preparation. She attends all trials with Trial Partner William Pagan and some depositions. Nadalyn is first at hand in the firm's complex litigation cases. Nad has assisted all aspects of trials prosecuted in State and Federal Court on cases venued in all boroughs of the City of New York, Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk, Orange and Eerie County in addition of Federal Court cases venued in the Unites States District Court of Puerto Rico and Hawaii. When a case is on trial, no matter the distance, Nad is at the side of our clients and Trial Partner William Pagan fulfilling all tasks necessary for success.

She is very knowledgeable about the law and the rights of our client. She is a strong advocate in fighting for what she believes is right.  During her years at the firm she is the liaison between clients and attorneys. She is loved and cherished by all the clients that at firm and even the clients that are no longer at the firm stay in contact with her. 

Nadalyn Caprice earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is Spanish bilingual.
